About Me

A Boston, Massachusetts, software developer with InterSystems, Arinze Okeke designs software utilized by patients and medical professionals in areas such as data aggregation and electronic medical records. Employing programming languages, including JavaScript and AngularJS, Arinze Okeke engages both as front-end engineer and server-side developer.

Mr. Okeke attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) as an undergraduate and majored in biological engineering. Also completing a chemistry and mechanical engineering double minor, he pursued a concentration in the Japanese language.

In 2016 and 2017, Mr. Okeke took part in the MIT Mobile Autonomous Systems Lab (MASLAB) competition and collaborated with his team in designing a robot using CAD modeling and 3D printing. Coordinating sensor and actuator communications through a Robot Operating System (ROS), he also developed the software that enabled complete autonomy within the robot in areas such as path planning, computer vision, and localization. Arinze Okeke and his teammates’ efforts earned them the first prize in the MASLAB competition in early 2017.
